Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom at the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The event decor is dressed with red tablecloths at multiple tables in the grand ballroom. The LED Screens on the back wall have the Omni's branding on it.

The most significant space at the Omni Hotel Charlotte is the Grand Ballroom. It features 16-foot ceilings and crystal chandeliers, accompanied by contemporary decor. In addition, it can split into four different event spaces for a versatile experience for any event.

Pomodoro Room

The Pomodoro Room at The Omni Hotel in Charlotte. There are floor to ceiling windows overlooking the charlotte skyline. The event is dressed with multiple round tables and two high top tables with white tablecloths and gorgeous floral arrangements.

The Pomodoro room is perfect if you’re looking for something more intimate than The Grand Ballroom. Its floor-to-ceiling windows give guests spectacular views of Uptown Charlotte.

Cypress Room

Th Cypress Room at The Omni Charlotte Hotel. The Event has blue lighting on the walls and multiple round tables throughout it. The tables are set with grey tableclothes and orange chairs.

This space can accommodate various set-ups and is a perfect choice for small to medium-sized meetings and events. The room has a built-in screen for presentations and videos and a television.

Event: Corporate Leadership Program

LEMG did an event for a corporate client in the Grand Ballroom of the Charlotte Omni Hotel. We used LED screens on the wall as well as blue drapes for the stage and blue lighting along the stage. We provided audio and visual services.
